Returns Terms and Conditions

Chains by Design accepts returned merchandise for a free exchange up to 60 days from the date of shipment.  If what you want costs more, just pay the price difference and If it costs less we'll refund the price difference.

Chains can be returned to Chains by Design for a Full Refund for 30 days (less shipping fees if any) from order shipment date with no questions asked.  

After this period, your chains are fully covered in writing by the manufacturer for life, thus the Free Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee from Inch of Gold, Inc.
